「I saw two roaches in my room. Let’s just get that out-of-the-way first. We arrived around 4:30 and the office was closed so I had to call the phone number on the door. The check-in process is all online. Fill out the forms like you’re renting an apartment. It’s quick enough, but not what I was expecting. Once we finally got to the room, we realized that this location is basically kind of a dump and there are people who live there for extended periods of time. I guess that’s why it’s called...

「Room was quite a downgrade from what we stayed in last year. Bed looked like it was a mattress on a rollout. Very low to ground. Bathroom sink was stopped up. Very little coffee in room. Checked in with only three washcloths. Had to do laundry to get clean ones because they had a shortage. Otherwise a beautiful property and location.」
