It was within walking distance of Gion Street, other famous sightsand the main city streets, making it easy to explore Kyoto on foot. The rooms were excellent and the amenities were very good, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable."

"Lovely room and bathroom. More space than we expected. Coffee machine and kettle in room. Downstairs lunge open during the day with free wine, sake, tea, coffee and snacks. Lovely extra we didn't expect. Staff very helpful and friendly "
