「Very good location. The pool is very nice definitely recommend」

「Awesome rental property. Very clean, great location, easy check in and good communication with rental company. We had zero issues and would stay again if we came back to Austin.」

「We booked Memorial Day weekend to help our daughter move to another place near this VRBO. Everything was perfect. The location was just a few minute walk to our daughter’s place, two places to get coffee, and several excellent restaurants. The property has a very good feel to it and truly made us feel at home. 「Great location and value! Will not be disappointed.」

「Firstly the view was just like the pictures! Breath taking. The host was friendly and informative. While we didn’t use the pool it’s very easy to find. From the second you check into valet the employees on site are all super friendly and nice. Most definitely coming back soon and will stay here again!」

「Quiet complex and great location. We stayed for three weeks and did not have any issues. 」

And being a new building, The units are getting rundown quickly - water damage in the bathroom, Baseboards dirty and splashes of water or drinks on the wall. There was also no ht water in...
