「I loved this spot! It was the perfect accommodation. Everything was neat and clean. I made good use of the writing desk to get some work done during my stay. The view from the front window was very peaceful. If you park in front of the unit, there are big trees that give lots of shade. The bed was comfortable and huge! 「Pros: Good location, quiet environment, comfortable beds, clean washer and dryer, well equipped kitchen Cons: Small bathroom for family to share with minimal counter space, smells like dog/animals upon entering and stayed on our clothes afterwards, visited in April & pools were not clean at all, pictures of the grounds/complex definitely "play up" the area as it is not nearly as well maintained as pictured. 「All the information needed to check in was sent to us but the directions were very confusing. We had issues logging into the app that was sent for opening the gate and doors to get into the property. Once finally able to get into the parking garage and with further assistance we were able to access the app. It was a lot to have to deal with after traveling all day. The apt was in okay— beds were very firm. A lot of street noise in the middle of the night. Good location to downtown for college...

「This apartment was pretty basic but met our needs just fine. It was a great location near UT, easy parking and very quiet. We did not cook but the kitchen seems to have what you would need if you did. Decor was simple but nice, bed/pillows are very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have a luggage stand or other table on which to put a suitcase. 「Was originally sent to an incorrect property. We had to be very persistent for host to understand our dilemma about being at incorrect location. Property was in need of repairs which we noted at time of departure what needed repairs. Some workmanship repairs were done prior to arrival but very sloppy. Mainly bathroom. We were told we had to check in daily about parking. We had booked for simultaneous. This was totally unnecessary for us to deal with this every day as we were on vacation. 」

「Great location near everything and close to plenty of shops and restaurants! Very nice living room to hang out in, and really great beds and pillows. Bathrooms were a bit dated and the shower water pressure was pretty low, but they were plenty clean. Hosts are great communicators, and don't demand you do a bunch of silly stuff before leaving. Would stay again.」
