「I booked this room through Expedia. The room I recieved, the door to get in as well as the bathroom doors were very hard to open. The bathroom door drug on the floor & really didn't shut. They told me they were booked & couldn't change my room. Night clerk wasn't friendly. The next day they found me a new room. As I booked online 8 weeks prior for that. Everything was great for our final 3 days staying here! Friendly staff, great breakfast!」

「Hotel felt a little sketchy. Some long term guests in the parking lot and balcony yelling at each other at times. We were happy to leave. But hey, you get what you pay for.」

「The staff was very courteous and helpful. The sheets were clean and the beds very comfortable. However, the rooms were dirty. They had cobwebs and spiders along with the floor being dirty. We were in two different rooms , both were the same. In the first one the toilet didn’t have any water and wouldn’t flush. The vent in that room was so full of dust no air could come through. We were ask to change rooms. The second room wasn’t clean either. Very disappointed in the room and I don’t suggest...

「Original room had an overpowering cleaning “perfume” smell. Smell was not tolerable. Also found 3 hairs on the sheets. Requested room change and additional set of sheets which clerk readily provided. On a positive note, the evening clerk provided his personal phone charger to keep my phone from dying.」

「William the front desk worker is amazing. Every time I come to this hotel, he always makes me feel right at home. He made sure that I was well taking care of for my entire stay.」

「I got this one for my uncle and buoy!!!! It said non smoking room but the room was smelling of cigarettes and we were asked to go away for almost an hour for them to air out the room (it didn't change much) Then the single seater couch 😭😭. First of all it isn't necessary and it was disgustingly dirty especially on the armrests and headrests. Honestly for nearly $100 this was the worst..... If we could we would have got a refund and gone to share our room with him since there was a scarcity...

「It was an older hotel, it for sure needed more upkeep and had terrible shower pressure.」

「I stayed two nights. The rood was felt little bit dated. And my problem was water pressure weakness. After staying the first night, I claimed it to a front desk. He replied me " Thank you very much finding it". After enjoying that day in day time I found this problem was gone. It was impressed so much how they were serious in order to repair my room problem. I could feel its manner so great and proffesional.」

「The floors, even though were mopped still left your socks and feet dirty. The coffee at the breakfast bar was almost undrinkable. The room cleaners were nice and courteous. Linda was especially nice and friendly. She did a great job cleaning the room. We bought trash bags to empty out the 2 small trash cans into on Wednesday and put it under the bathroom sink, when we left on Sunday morning, it was still there even though they had come into the room and put soap and tissues in there on Saturday....

「Breakfast was the standard fare but was good. Breakfast manager very kind and attentive . Room clean and comfortable. Hallway on 4th floor was sub freezing temp , which seemed excessive. Some hand sanitizer machines at elevators were not working but I’m sure they will be corrected.」
