「Right on the beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels provided. Could easily walk to two restaurants. Perfect view for sunsets and wildlife viewing and stargazing. We stayed on upper floor which had great views. The porches could have used a simple curtain to create a little more privacy when you walked up and down the stairs. Expensive but we had a great experience. 」

「The location was awesome. Very easy beach access. The accommodations were comfortable but a little dirty. Arms on chairs and sofa looked like previous renters used them as napkins to wipe off their hands. One of our chairs was stained in an embarrassing spot so no one sat on it because it was gross. 「We had a very nice stay at the tiny house! (Keep in mind, it is tiny) But very comfortable!! An unique experience and the property was outstanding compared to all the other units in the vicinity. It had a nice spacious canal front deck, and kayaks with a launching deck. Complete mini kitchen and great coffee preps. The beds were very comfortable and unit was very clean and updated. Decorated nicely! Loved the loft! Great alternative to a hotel room. We would definitely stay at Matlacha Tiny...

Its located close to many conveniences in downtown Cape Coral. The property manager was very accomodating with my requests. If I’m in the area anytime, I will definitely return to this property.」

「We just bought a new home near Lemon Bay. It wasn’t ready so we had to look for reasonable accommodations for a week. We had some time to relax here because that’s what you do in Englewood.
