"This is a one of a kind vacation for a large family. Plenty of space and house was great. Golf carts and kayaks were used daily. Be sure and bring your groceries. The property management does great helping everyone wand their luggage to the house on arrival "

"Recently remodeled (basically new) house was perfect for our group. Very nice inside and out. All furniture was excellent. We had 11 adults, 2 kids and 1 toddler. Plenty of room for all. large kitchen and dining area made it easy to cook breakfast and dinners for the entire group. 2 complete refrigerators was an excellent idea and really made it nice to store food plus there were two icemakers for drinks! Shally's was fantastic for check-in and check-out. Communication was great with both Shally's and the owner. The private island is a real getaway. No cars just golf carts on trails and beaches galore. Everything is 5 min away from the house by cart. Lots to explore. I would highly recommend this house and this place to anyone. We took our own boat and ate at different local restaurants. Some accessible only by water. We got some souvenir cups from the restaurant at Cabbage Key and left one in the house. If you rent this house and get souvenir cups from local restaurants, please leave one. I am curious to see how many will be there when we go back next summer. "

"This home was perfect for our group of 12. It offered plenty of space and was thoughtfully laid out. We could all gather comfortably in the living room, kitchen, and out on the deck for meals, yet the bedrooms were spread out enough to give everyone privacy and quiet when needed. The pool was a huge hit, especially with the kids. And we also enjoyed the ping pong table, corn toss, and foosball table. The service from Lacey and her team was exceptional. They greeted us dockside, helped transport all of us (along with our luggage and groceries) to the house, and remained attentive to our needs throughout the week.Beautiful place. Highly recommend!"
