「隠れ家みたいなホテルで、奥には専用の船着き場も！ お部屋も広くスーツケース2つ開けるサイズ。 そして日本人には大事な「バスタブ付き」！ スタッフも親切で、チェックアウトの際に「ストあるから気を付けてね～」ってなんてなしに言われて完全にパニックな我々に、徒歩などを紹介してくれてましたが、どう頑張っても歩ける距離＆時間ではなく、水上タクシーを呼んでもらえました。7時だったので、すぐ捕まる時間帯だったのが本当に幸いです。」

「Das Zimmer war sehr ordentlich und schön eingerichtet. Die einzigen Mängel betrafen die Dichtung der Dusche (konnte jedoch einfach mit einem Handtuch behoben werden) sowie die Matratze des Doppelbetts, die aus zwei einzelnen Matratzen bestand. Meckern auf hohem Niveau.」

「The location is great. Walking distance to vaporetto and major areas, lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The apartment itself, in terms of rooms/furniture, was comfortable, and it has great potential. Unfortunately, we did have a few issues in terms of cleanliness, AC equipment, and communication prior to check-in for which we provided private feedback for improvement. We were only in Venice for a couple of days and still had a great time. We hope they address those items for future...
