"It is a great place for a get away vacation. The locations is close to outside restaurants. The pool water was warm in late March. The fitness center has dumbbells plus other items. You can catch whiting in the ocean. The best time to fish is 1 1/2 hours before sunset. There is a fish cleaning station that you can use by their marina on the bay side. The rooms come with a refrigerator that does not have a freezer. However, you can drop off items that need to be frozen at the office, and they will be placed in a freezer. The rooms do not come with a microwave oven; however, they will provide you with one for $15 per day. The tennis and pickleball courts are on top of a parking garage. There are low nets around the perimeter of the courts. There is no elevator. There are three floors of rooms. The beds are firm, and the pillows are great. I slept very well. The rooms are very quiet. The air conditioner/heater is controlled by a remote control. There are nice items in the Pelican Roost Boutique, and you can get a !0% military discount there."

"This home is beautiful and really nice for bigger families/groups. There is space to all be together but still can offer a little privacy, too. The location is perfect. Easy to get to restaurants & shops whether by bike, golf cart or car. The beach is steps away from backyard pool area and yet it completely private from others that are walking the beach. Next door construction was disappointing but understand. There are a few suggestions I could share to make a stay at Casa De Sharelle perfect..."

"Our unit need a lot of attention. The property has much more construction going on still - more that they explained when I called to check. Somehow we got checked in before we even arrived, which was concerning. The app for activities gives very little info and the employees don’t have any knowledge of them either- we couldn’t figure out where to go for our kayak excursion. The water sports employee that helped us when we finally found the area was AWESOME though- super nice and friendly and helpful and knowledge. I grew up going to Sanibel/Captiva so I’ve been a lot in 47 years. They are doing great at rebuilding on the islands, but South Seas needs some better management and still has a ways to go before construction will be complete. "

"VERY CLEAN, convenient location to walk to several shops/restaurants, and tastefully renovated/decorated! We actually visited other units in the same complex (other family members were staying), and this unit was by FAR the nicest. We can’t to come back, thank you! "

"The condo was beautiful and perfect. Everything we needed, especially an incredible gulf view just steps from the lovely beach. We arrived at midnight due to delayed flight and code wasn’t working. Didn’t get into condo until about 1AM. That was the only hiccup. I would definitely rent from this company again but would take an earlier flight in case there would be trouble with the code. Again, the condo and complex were absolutely lovely, and we thoroughly enjoyed Captiva. "

"We did not use laundry service never been to a place where you paid for using washers/ dryer. AC was fine but needed fan in bedroom to keep it cool."
