「The iron broke in half when I opened it. Additionally, staff were not available 24 hours a day as advertised, and the bathtub would not drain properly. Despite contacting maintenance multiple times during my stay, the issue was never resolved. Overall, these issues negatively impacted my experience and were not addressed promptly.」

「Was a really nice family suite had a pull out sofa bed and two double beds in a room of their own stove top refrigerator and freezer microwave and the cabinets were stocked with plates, bowls, cups and silverware also had a toaster and pots and pans provided as well had a dining room table to eat meals at of course was beach front and within a half hour walk to the boardwalk staff was very friendly even had grills to cook out on by the pool, would definitely stay again hands down!」

Instead, we were relocated to a different, lower-rated property about 20 minutes away late at night. 「The staff was great. View was good. Nice pool. Everything was clean. IMO what you have to understand is that most of the hotels in WildWood are very old. Looks-wise the rooms might seem a bit shabby however as long as it is clean I am good. We usually only stay in WW a night or 2. I would consider staying there again. The price was right for what we wanted.」

「Everyone at LaMer was friendly and they have done an amazing renovation. Unfortunately I selected a room that had not been renovated and was disappointed in the condition of the room, thought it may have been better. We were with another party who had a renovated room and it was like day and night compared to ours.」
