This was a fantastic place to stay! I was traveling with 4 friends, so we booked the room with 6-beds, and it was great! We had a private bathroom, but there were also 2 full bathrooms on the bottom floor next to the change rooms (for those hanging by the pool), so we were all able to shower and do our business without having to wait for the en suite bathroom 👌👌 There are tons of restaurants in the area, and an Oxxo nearby if you want to grab some drinks & snacks. There is also an awesome theatre where you can hang out during a rainy day! (Remember to log out and clear the laptop’s browser settings/cookies when you’re done) Don’t forget to check the complimentary snacks table in the lobby 🤗🤗 I will definitely be returning with friends again!!

For the price and location you can’t go wrong. Only flaw is how dirty the bathroom is in the room. The for everyone bathrooms are definitely the way to go here

Loved our time a Selina Cancun Laguna. Very basic rooms but perfect for what we needed. Close proximity to supermarket and night life of coco bongo, senjor frog etc. Things that could improve our stay, a safe in private rooms, toaster in kitchen and clothes washing/ironing facilities.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Clean room but generally a little damaged. Holes on window fixings so mosquitos could fly in. Small flies in bathroom and everything very worn out. Basic, not for a long stay.

My stay at Selina Cancun was OK. It is reasonably cheap for the area, but the facilities did seem rundown for the price. The lights and electrical switches made a dodgy buzzing sound when used, the entertainment room was not working, the wifi wasn't available, there wasn't enough basic kitchen items like forks and knives, and the room didn't quite look as nice as the pictures. That being said, it was a pretty good location and everywhere in Cancun is crazy prices, so I guess you're getting what you pay for, just go in eyes wide open and don't expect anything fancy.

Stayed there for 5 days and out of 5 days didn't have hot water for 4 days. They closed cafeteria and the kitchen. No more bike rents either. Also the noise level was insane. I slept with earplugs and beads headphones still heard music coming out from street bars. It's sad cause last year this place was so much better but they definitely downgraded it.

The hotel is nice and big the room was nice they horned gold status One thing I noticed is sometimes there are protests that walk by on the street the hotel is near so it can't be difficult to arrive to your hotel or get sleep. The staff was excellent check in and out but they require you to wear masks here

The location is amazing and the staff very friendly. One of the roommates snored a lot so I didn’t get proper sleep. :D Lots of mosquitoes in the area, make sure to bring repellent.

Everything was great. There was too much humidity in the room so all dry clothes became wet and all wet clothes couldn’t dry. Even the mirror was foggy. The pool was closed so they gave us free tickets for the CocoBongo show which was really fun. Public transit was really close. Once we saw a cockroach in the bathroom. Overall great value for the money.
