"The photos of this hotel are untrue. The pool area does not have the slide. A worker very rudely said it has been shut down for 3 years. Our room smelled like pee. They moved us across the hall. My hubby used his UV light to shine on the bottom sheet. 2 visible round stains. We took off the bottom sheet asked for new one. When we took off bottom sheet, the so called pad underneath was dirty with hair. Sent up all but the fitted sheet. Morning front desk girls were wonderful. Evening man, not so much. so many different elevators were shut down and we were on the 5th. I could go on and on. Never again"

"My bathroom had mold in the sink as well as the edge of the tub surround. The hair dryer did not work. The mattress was terrible and the cheap microfiber sheets had me waking up sweating with the room thermostat set at 68! I'm probably too generous with my ranking honestly. The highlight was the breakfast attendant who did a great job and was very nice to interact with. "

"The staff couldn’t seem to be bothered. The pool was out for weeks and a busload of kids were checking in. No one was told that the pool was out prior to booking the rooms. The breakfast spread was gone by 9 although they didn’t end breakfast until 10. The hotel was full of kids who didn’t get anything. I went to the front desk, she told me to find the breakfast person who was no where to be found. I had to go into a back room to find the staff member on her phone. I said the coffee and creamer was out as well as the food. She said that breakfast stuff takes to long to cook so there wouldn’t be any more food placed out there. I said you have a room full of teenagers waiting for breakfast, she shrugged her shoulders. I wasn’t even with the kids. Poor management. I wouldn’t go back when there are many other "

"Traveled for 3 nights for work with 2 others, and we all had issues of some sort. One guy couldn’t use the treadmill due to it being broken, another guy had no hot water in his room, and I had a mouse in my room. The breakfast entree’s weren’t the best, but edible enough. I was pretty disappointed with it being an IHG…"
