Welcome to Casa De Polk located on the Pacific side of Beautiful Pedregal, the "Beverly Hills" of Cabo San Lucas! 4,080 square feet of modern luxury located only one block from our private spectacular beach. All brand new furnishings, towels and bedding for you to enjoy! 4 bedrooms with all king size beds, four ensuite full bathrooms plus a half bath inside the house plus a half bath next to the pool! Central air conditioning, heated pool and spa, built in gas BBQ. Beach toys and chairs too!
