「The property looked fantastic from the images and was just as impressive on arrival. A neat complex just off of a main road. Communication with the property owner was good. Some small issues we encountered though. The master bed mattress was well past its used by date as my partner and I were falling into the centre of the bed. The fridge Ice Maker was broken or I could not get it to work? But either way I feel it should have been checked as it was part of our departure instructions to fill...

As there is no reception desk to check into, I was asked to upload a photo of my driver’s licence in addition to a selfie holding my bankcard displaying my full name and expiry dates.
