「ホテルは鉄道駅から急坂を降りた所にあった。旅行荷物を持って駅には登れない。バスを使うしかなかった。 車専用のホテルか？」

「The property was beautiful and Olivia was very helpful. The check in process is the only reason that I rated this lower than Excellent because it was difficult to access app initially and I received no instructions until paperwork was satisfied which involved sending photos of selfies with ID's as well as CC selfie and this was not clear in booking which felt a bit off as I had never had to do this in past travels and bookings.」
