部屋が広くて綺麗でした！ シャワーベッドが緩く、使いにくかったこと、お皿が1枚も部屋になかったことが残念でした。

We stayed for two nights with our two children and had a wonderful experience. The staff were very kind and attentive, and the apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We arrived at the airport on a morning flight and went to the front desk to ask if we could leave our luggage. They kindly offered us an early check-in, which was a huge help after our flight. Queena was especially kind and helpful. Thank you so much! The location was also excellent. It was within walking distance of South Bank, even with our children, which made it very convenient for us. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this place to families traveling with children!
