Small but fully equipped boutique hotel, modern, space saving design makes it welcoming, refreshing. Great breakfast ambience, options slightly limited but good enough. Overall excellent, comfortable stay, value for money. Great located
Room was clean, well designed and comfortable. Bathroom and shower was clean and functional. I checked in late at 10pm and was out by 8.30am, so didn't get to explore the hotel, but it was quite nice. Quiet for a Saturday night, and that isn't a bad thing. I did have someone in the room next to mine and the doors close with quite a thud, so that was a bit loud in the night. But after 11.30pm - they stayed in their room so it wasn't noisy then. I had breakfast in the morning just from the e la carte menu as I didn't want to each much - food was good and coffee was also great.

Outstanding stay. Hotel staff was friendly and very accommodative.
Spent one night for business trip and the location and the room was very good and very quiet.
The food in the Japanese restaurant was excellent and the lunch bento box meal is brisbanes best kept secret.
$25 for a bento box with protein, miso soup and a beer. Insane quality and value.
Will be back every time I do Brisbane
The room was great. Clean and comfortable. There couldn’t be a better location. We walked to the ferry daily and the huge mall with a full grocery store, plenty of food options, and lots of opportunities for shopping.
The one thing that was ridiculous was parking. There isn’t any! You pay to park at a lot around the block in addition to what you already paid for the room.
So this is a wonderful hotel and the staff are next level helpful and lovely both at reception and in the food areas. The only minor issue I had was what I had read from others - the room was a bit dusty. The glasses for instance looked like they had been sitting not used for months as they had a film of dust on them. It's a small complaint but it's the only reason I would not give this place ten out of ten. The breakfast buffet was next level good. Staff so nice. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
