「Great location, amazing views, access to plenty of restaurants and shops, everything you would want in a downtown stay.」

「Clean place, newly renovated, and useful amenities. Host was responsive and helpful. Would stay here again!」

「Great location, lots of food options, 5 min walk to convention centre. Easy walk to river & restaurants. Clean, great pool area!」

「Hi there my host Oliva was very helpful when I needed it and the place was excellent had a very good time was well worth the money the location was great very close to the mall」

「This apartment is great if you are visiting QPAC or the Brisbane Convention Centre. Amazing views of the city from the roof top pool. Just a few minutes walk and you are in the hub of South Bank. Check in was not as smooth as a regular hotel check in. 」

「Another enjoyable stay here. The bed is so comfy and the location is great. Easy check in and out. Quiet which was fantastic as I was working late shifts. If I need to stay in this area this will be my go to accomodation as it’s got everything you need.」

「I felt like the price was really fair for what we got. The place was very dusty, under the beds had loads of dog hair which wasn't ideal for someone with allergies. I just had to vacuum and dust on arrival to minimize allergies. The place was clean otherwise. No mold on ceiling referred to in other reviews Outdoor area was really cute! If you're a light sleeper just be aware the walls are thin between apartments and all wooden floors means you hear every neighbouring movement. But...

「Perfect location to stay for Suncorp, easy 100m walk for food shopping or public transport into city. For us, this was what we rated highly when looking for accommodation and found this place. Accommodation was no frills (nothing matches: plates, cups, chairs, towels, furnishings etc), but it was comfortable and clean. Didn't do any cooking so can't comment on kitchen facilities. Hot water was good for showers. We loved the pool table. Leroy was a great host. Very friendly and knowledgeable....

「We were visiting friends in mt Gravatt so this was a great location for us. The apartment is modern, stylish, and very comfortable.」

「Host was not accomodating at all. Excuse after excuse as to why things were not done. The lawns were 2 foot high but excuses about previous rain was why the lawns were not mowed. The BNB was dirty on arrival yet the host had the audacity to charge extra for our puppies (which we had already advised that we were travelling with) plus the host decided to charge extra for turning up an hour earlier which I believe is not legal to do. We had no sooner than arrived & the host was at the door...

「Good」

「Less than 24hr prior to arrival the property manager reached out and asked for multiple things otherwise they wouldn't proceed with my booking... Which was already fully paid for... If you're not comfortable sending a selfie with your credit card, don't book here. After all of that hassle (and not getting much help from Stayz support as this property is externally managed), we were passing the area 2hrs prior to check in and I asked if early check in was possible as we wanted to drop our bags,...

「Property was very clean and well presented. Beds were nice and comfortable. Easy communication with the host and was even accommodating with an early Check in. Would definitely recommend this property!」

「Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experienceWe booked this property for 12 nights but left after just two due to the unacceptable condition of the accommodation. On arrival, the outside bins were overflowing and smelt terrible, with rubbish scattered around the property. We had to deal with some of this ourselves. Inside, the property was poorly maintained, with damaged door hinges, a hole in the wall and other concerning maintenance issues. We were particularly worried about the...

「Lovely owners who were eager to assist with anything you need. Lovely location across the road from the bay with nice walking paths. Everything was clean and tidy. A lovely accommodation that we would be happy to stay in again.」
