「Best stay ever」

「良かったです。」

「Bed was itchy every time I played in it. Idk if it was the sheets or what but I barely got sleep. I got bit by ants and there are doors in the room that lead to the other rooms. I did not like that so I had to put tables in front of the door just in case because that’s unsafe. Loud people. Doors are so high that people can hear you and you can hear them from outside. I didn’t like that at all.」

「Muy buen hotel」

「It was ok」

「We were put into a dirty room that had items left from a previous stay, toilet was broken, no phone in room to notify front desk and when we arrived for check in there was no one at counter and a sign on desk that said to call for service」

「Other than my loud/noisy upstairs and next-door neighbors, the Stay was quite nice. Spacious room, comfortable bed. Everything was clean. Refrigerator was nice and roomy, selections on the TV. The KINGSIZE suite is like a little efficiency. Very nice and very decently priced. The staff members were very nice and accommodating. I recommend.」

「major water leak, and AC did not work. You could literally smell the mold. Clerk tried to help and switched us rooms where written profanities was found on the wall. Doors did not lock for some reason as well.」

「Our room was very clean! Comfy pillows and bed.. great, gated location conveniently located for our trip. Walking distance to a McDonald’s and Taco Bell and convenient store. No deductions here, but the shower is slippery! LOL. Definitely saved this hotel for future stays as we are in the area regularly. Well lit, they’re working on renovations and all things good. It is well worth the money!」

「The only issue we had was there was mold growing in the bathroom on the walls.」

「I booked a 2-night stay at this hotel through the Hotels.com app and paid the full amount up front as a non-refundable booking. When I arrived around 9 PM, I was denied entry. The front desk said they would not accept my online payment and demanded that I pay the full amount again in person. The staff member told me to cancel my non-refundable reservation and pay at the desk instead. I contacted Hotels.com support right away, but they were unable to reach the hotel. I sat there for close to 2...
