「For the price, it was a great place to stay. My husband and I and our teenage son stayed there for a week. It was a little tight with all of our stuff, but it worked for our needs. Everything was clean, we had hot water, the whole time, we enjoyed learning about Waikoloa Village and excited to see how it is growing, the easiness of renting it was nice. We travelled to Kona with our 3 kids (ages 7, 10, 12), and location was perfect for beach days to Hapuna and Spencer beaches a stone's throw away. I have heard by reputation that the rules are very strict, but everyone around follows them, and because of that, the peace and quiet is preserved. 「When I booked the listing, I didn't realize how close it was to so many things. The beach club was a block and a half away. Two amazing pools and also with direct beach access. Lots of great restaurants and shops that were close. The condo itself was great and the hosts were super responsive to questions. All in all a great spot and I would totally stay here again if we come back to Waikoloa.」

「Apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Location was very close to markets and beach. The patio had great views of mauna kea in the morning, and if you get lucky on a clear night you can see a good bit of stars. One note was that the wifi was spotty which made it difficult to work, but otherwise we had a fantastic stay.」
