「The ac unit was leaking water on rhe floor and some of my items got wet」

「Had to do a late check in, was given a room that had water leaking, smelled extremely musty and the floors were wet. Never had such an experience. Had to move rooms again late at night and the staff was barely apologetic. I do not understand how such a room could be rented out especially when the assumption is that rooms are checked and cleaned before giving out to someone. Would not recommend. Mold exposure is not what I expect from a paid hotel stay.」

「I was a little surprised that the following things were even an issue at a marriott property. There looked to be excrement around the base of the toilet. The in-room coffee machine was a joke. The very small filter didnt even fit into the coffee maker! The iron we tried to use left gross marks on my pants because of the build-up on the bottom of the iron. But the worst of it....the sink drained Very Slowly. The staff was very polite and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room...

「The tv and microwave did not work in the room. The room had an old smell to it. Otherwise everyone was nice and helpful.」

「The room was clean but smaller than in the picture. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was standard. The only missing was there was no hook for used towels in the bathroom. It was a bit inconvenient. Also there was much counter space around the bathroom sink.」
