「while the staff was very helpful, some things cannot be fixed. The assissted room shower curtain is way above the shower bottom. thus water all over the floor. The handle on the hand held shower was broken off and missing. I reported but nothing was done. Being HOH, I need closed captions. Our TV had none and no could fix it. So, all in all, we will not be stating there again.」

「The beds are hard as a rock & every time you roll over or get out of bed it makes a loud metal moving sound. The water pressure was very low to the point it hard to get the soap off. The bathroom light make a perfect night light, however makes it difficult to get ready in the morning. The staff was amazing & welcoming, it's very pretty & plenty of room to walk your dog.」
