My main complaint was that there was an ongoing water main break from 2 days prior in the area and the hotel failed to inform me of this condition before I checked in so that I can make an informed decision of staying or finding lodging elsewhere. 「We were on the first floor People were outside on a pavilion area with loud music and loud commotion until well past midnight Train whistles then woke you up around 5am!!」
