「We liked the coziness of the boat, the views of the river, the surrounding areas were beautiful. The only negative thing we could say was that due to the ran/wind the boat creaked and it made it hard to sleep for one of our nights.」

「Bar was nice and classic look and I got to enjoy some sunday football games. the rooms was nice and spacious. Also I love that they hotel kept the history of the build and most of it architecture. The only downside is that you have to use the valet? Parking there's no public parking.」

「Everything was fine except breakfast was lousy and they ran out some food items more than 30 minutes before end time. Well below Residence Inn breakfast quality expectations that we have been accustomed to (comparing with other Residence Inns). Understand this hotel - only a year old - they must improve in this area. Would go to other Richmond area Residence Inns, but not this one.」

「Was ok as a Hampton but no breakfast in the morning, this is a 100% satisfaction guarantee failure so the hotel should have refunded everyone in full but only did it if the guest specifically asked for the refund they were entitled to - shows a real lack of integrity by management. As we booked through Expedia and not directly they refused to give Expedia the refund!」
