Everything met my family and my expectations. The only thing I disliked was the room keys would not stayed linked to the room and we would have to get the reprogrammed from time to time. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

It’s was good just a lil dessapointed bevause I got charged a late check in for doing a check in at 10pm when I booked the hotel an hour prior and I wasn’t informed of the $50 fee.

I liked the location even though it practically on the rail road tracks the noise was minimal and I enjoyed watching the trains go bye Not the hotel fault but my last night stay was ruined by someone in the next room that fell asleep with the tv volume WAY too high . Only one troubling thing was the access door on the North side of the building never locked when someone walked through it.

I stay at this hotel often when my travels take me to the Richmond area, due to its combination of convenience and cost. However, on all of my recent stays, I have found things in my room that were broken or not working correctly, or just a bit worn out. These are things that should be noticed by the housekeeping crew, reported, and fixed before putting a customer into the room. The desk always says they don't have maintenance people at the hotel. I have also noticed recently that when I check in, I am assigned to a lesser room than what I selected when making my reservation.

The A/C barely worked. My door had a lot of problems with the door key and I would have to get my card remade several times before I could even get in the door. The manager was really rude and very inconsiderate about our situation. We stayed there for 2 months and the majority of time we would pay for our room when we got home from work that evening. We get paid on a daily basis and they was aware of the situation and knew that. All the staff was friendly but the manager The manager put a note on our door close to 10:00 at night until this we had to be out by 10:00 in the morning and they could not accommodate us no more because of my payment for the room being late every day. My thought was as long as I'm paying everyday it shouldn't have been a problem when explain my situation from the beginning. It's not like I did not pay them and skip a day and try to get over on anyone that wasn't my situation at all. After we was told to leave the next day she kept calling the phone and knocking on the door knowingly that we was trying to pack up we had no way to move anything because we just recently lost our car to a drunk driver hitting us and totaled it. She also know that we have no family here so it was going to take a little bit of time to get everything packed and transportation to move everything of ours. She also knew that we had a lot of stuff. She said if he wasn't out by a certain hour that she was going to call the police on us. It was really embarrassing how she acted

I stay at this hotel often, but there has been an issue that grows wearisome, namely lack of on-site maintenance. I will notice something brokenbin my room, only to be told that it won't be fixed during my stay because the maintenance person won't be in that week. This last stay, the bathroom bent fan was not working, the sink had no hot water, the nightstand phone did not have a dial tone, the nightstand reading lamp bulb was not functioning, the toilet seat was loose.
