I had a very good experience at Quality in Chester. The staff were friendly, respectful, and professional. I felt welcomed and well cared for during my visit. The environment was clean and comfortable, and the staff were attentive to my needs. Overall, I was satisfied with the care and service I received and would recommend Quality in Chester to others.

Very old property. Lights and switches were not working. Restroom toilet fan were not working. Toilet seat cover was broken. Room was ok type and clean moderate. M-Oven was working Refridgerator was working. Breakfast we didn’t had.. did not liked. 2/5 rating.

Nicely run hotel. Very nice, safe, clean location. Interiors are a bit outdated, but there are on-going renovations apparently.

Was satisfied with my stay. A/C worked well in late June, fridge was cold, and enough in-room coffee. Shower was good and has installed lighting as opposed to lamps. Location is close to my destination so will consider for future visits.

Rooms were clean but clearly dated. Breakfast was waffles only so I don’t think the hotel should claim breakfast. Staff was great. Microwave didn’t work in room but used the one in the lobby without issue. Didn’t use pool so no idea on that. Read reviews about smoke smell but did not experience that. Also no issue with water pressure. It wasn’t the greatest but no issue showering. You get what you pay for. Area was excellent.

Great place to stay in Chester. I love the room set-ups, especially their King Bed pull out sofa one. Ample room, clean, quiet, comfortable and the staff here is fantastic. As of writing this, I rebooked two additional nights. For the price and what you get, it’s the one of the best options at this location.
