"We had an amazing stay at this all-inclusive resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food exceeded our expectations, with plenty of delicious options to choose from at every meal. The pools and beach were beautiful, and very clean. We truly felt relaxed and taken care of throughout our vacation. We would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a memorable getaway and can’t wait to come back!"

"I wish the servers at the buffet were more attentive. I never got my drinks refilled basically both times I went there so I opted not to return to the buffet for the poor service and got room service for breakfast or ate dinner at specialty restaurants. The room was very clean and spacious i got the tropical swim out room the bigger one. Elevators were very hot, the random people I encountered there agreed. Wish they cleaned the swim out pool more, lots of dead bugs. Specialty restaurant food was fantastic, the resort was beautiful. For the Cafe on the fourth floor wish the food that was under the heat lamps had a cover or something there was flies landing on the food. Drinks were great, desserts were good. Overall I would say 8.5/10 very good for my first time in the area"

"This resort seems to cater mostly to the locals, which is nothing wrong with that, but I wanted a little bit more of an upscale experience. I think this will be my last time staying at a RIU resort. Only one beach bar open the whole week I stayed there, which had long lines. Buffet had long lines for lunch, breakfast and dinner. It was impossible to get in to any restaurants, unless you got in line 30min before opening. But who wants to do that on vacation? Food was mediocre. Nothing too exciting. Since it’s mostly locals (who rarely tip), the wait staff was very grateful and happy to see any tips from our group. Overall I’d rather pay a bit more and stay somewhere more luxurious."
