「They use digital keys so once downloaded to your phone you use your cellphone to open your hotel room door. It worked fine for a couple of days until the internet went out for the whole hotel, which meant nobody could get into their rooms. There was a key code on the rooms as a backup plan to get into your hotel room but I was given 4 key codes to use to open my door and none of them worked. Had to have hotel staff go to my room to let me into my room for two days until they got the wifi working...

「The mattress was softer than it should be. When I checked in the staff was a bit surly. They put me in a room on the third floor with no elevator and I’m 65. I emailed in advance where I could get breakfast in the area and their recommendation made no sense and a Google search didn’t turn anything up. It’s a weird place and I don’t plan to return. 」
