Very convenient location, shuttle service was great. Very loud guests next door throughout the night. The shower drain pooled water, overall the property could be more maintained but served its purpose. Value of stay is good when considering proximity to major events in the area.

This is an older hotel that is well maintained. Room were clean and staff was very helpful. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable spot to stay when traveling for a game or event, this is a great spot to stay. Don't expect perfection. Also, it is walkable to the stadiums.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The property was clean and apeared to have been renovated in the past few years. However there was a very faint odor of mildew in the restroom. The beds were pretty comfortable and the pillows were great. It's a good stay at a good price.

The room was very clean and nice. The beds were comfortable. We were going to the Fillmore for a concert. It was so close, we used Uber and it was only $20 each way. It's very close to the river so there were options if we wanted to walk and sight see. I would stay here again!

Initial room was smokey, so they changed our room. The best thing about the hotel is the free shuttle service available to take you around the area. Richard, the driver, was really helpful and passionate about his job. Great service.

The room was clean and well-maintained. There is a free on-demand shuttle service that will take you to any nearby location (and pick you up), saving you a good amount on taxis/ubers. And free parking!

For the price, you have to keep expectations realistic, this is definitely not a 5-star hotel. The amazing staff were the highlight, and the free shuttle into the city core was a huge plus. The hotel was clean and well maintained considering how dated it is, but the carpets were sticky and our room smelled like cigarettes. Overall, a decent budget stay for the price, especially if you value friendly staff and easy access to the city.

Very friendly staff. We needed an extra blanket and it was brought up within 5 minutes. Completely breakfast, and shuttle. Train stop for the People mover is also only a 5 min walk away. Free and plenty of parking on property. On the downside, online pictures were misleading. Our room was somewhat outdated and seemed more like a motel than hotel. Perfect for a 1 night event downtown.

The pictures have to be from when they very first opened. It’s run down now , the curtains are grey but visibly dirty. There was food on the floor under the table. Cigarette ashes on the dresser. Bathroom looked like it hadn’t ever been swept. Definitely wouldn’t have felt safe or comfortable if my husband wasn’t with me . BUT , the staff was lovely and very helpful and the location was easy to find.
