Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor
"The pool wasn’t open because they closed it for private adult parties, the staff didn’t let us know at check in and when we asked if we could get a pass to the pool at another Hyatt the staff literally told me to “call corporate” if I wasn’t happy. Just a terrible experience."
