"Very nice staff (especially Valet) room was clean. Breakfast had large variety of items to choice from. Great location. I was however disappointed with having to make a reservation to swim. And the pool closed at 8pm. Other then that i would recommend staying at this location"

"This wasn’t the best A Loft experience for me compared to the ones I’ve been to in the past. Things weren’t up to date. There was a lot of old appliances. One good thing that made my stay pleasant was the staff can’t remember the young lady’s name that help me at the front desk but it started with a M. She was very helpful. All in all I would give this A Loft a 1 star and the staff 5 stars."

"Elevator call buttons did not work whole time we were there. We had to ask an employee to send us up, no problem going down, but needed assistance going up every time. Very nice staff, available at desk 24/7. "

"Guests in room 503 were up partying literally the entire night and still going when i chacked out at 11. Very loud and nothing was done about it"

"The brunch setting and setup looked amazing. Sadly, we had plans to eat in DTA and didn’t get to experience the brunch. The vibes of the hotel, the attentive staff, and the housekeeping was top notch. We are returning to stay again for commissioning week!"

"The room was fairly clean. Could do with a deep clean in crevice areas of the room. Like around lamps and fixtures. Then we couldn't figure out the switches for what lights. Then to pay for parking was I think a stretch for a guest. "

"I've stayed at several hotels in different cities, but this one was the worst ever. There was a convention going on and it made the hotel very busy. That wasn't the problem though. First off there was no coffee offered in the lobby in the mornings. The hotel needs some updating in the rooms. It's a old hotel I understand that, but there was barely any hot water, the room was either to cold or too hot (ac didn't kick in at all), the bathroom toilet broke in the middle of the night, the shower curtain was falling apart, and the mini fridge did not work well. Everything I ordered from the restaurants were subpar, not to mention I waited 40 minutes for a Fish and chips only to be told they sold out. I still can't wrap my head about that. I don't understand how you can order something, wait 40 minutes, then told it's sold out. Some employees were super nice, while others were very rude. My whole experience was negative. "
