I was appalled that when I got there I was told I had to pay nine dollars a day for parking, even though I was paying guest. The front desk then told me that the company changed this two months ago. At no point was I notified. It’s not the price, it is the principle. If they are worried about people taking flights out of BWI that aren’t staying there, then they should have them towed rather than make somebody who’s already paying for a room pay to park there. It makes no sense.

I was originally booking at the Hyatt but decided since the Hilton had a hot tub I will switch to there all to get checked in an prepared to use it and it was out of order with no notice from staff. Also I didn’t appreciate having to pay for parking when I had a reservation at the hotel

The property is close to BWI airport and only a few minutes from M&T stadium. The property sits in a quiet location. The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was very good and they also serve dinner. Perfect if you are too jet lagged to leave the hotel. The pool was nice but the hot tub was not working. All and all, this is a good place to stay.

Property was clean and location was great for our family. Our reservation said it included breakfast but we were unsure of the process as we were not told at check-in and it was busy in the morning, so did not have time to wait and inquire. There are signs everywhere to pay for parking, but clearly at your own risk because another guest told me they saw a couple of men trying door handles of cars in the parking lot at night.

We had an early flight out of BWI, so we decided to stay near the airport the night before. This hotel is less than 10 minutes away and does offer a shuttle, although we didn’t take advantage of it. The hotel was very clean, both inside and out, and our room was clean as well. The bed was okay—not the most comfortable, but definitely not the worst. The bar is just a small counter near the front desk, but it was convenient for grabbing a drink. The reason for my 3-star rating is the staff. With the exception of the woman working overnight, everyone we encountered seemed like they didn’t really want to be there. When I went to check in, there was no “hello” or even an acknowledgment. The front desk employee and a maintenance man simply stared at me until I said I was there to check in. Even then, she barely spoke to me. Later, when we stopped at the bar to get a drink, we had a similar experience with the bartender. The staff interactions left us feeling a little uncomfortable and definitely affected our overall experience. There are many other hotels in the area, so next time we’ll likely choose one of those instead.

The pool and hot tub were not clean and after getting in the pool you can see it was unclean and so we got out after only a few minutes. We felt sick for a few hours (nausea, abdominal discomfort) after being in the pool. There was no signage stating that the hot tub was not working.

Breakfast was made on the spot for you. Luckily I had a breakfast voucher for free breakfast, but expect to pay $15 per person for breakfast if you don’t have the free breakfast voucher. We stayed here for 3 days, 2 nights for two adults. We were able to use the pool and jacuzzi (the jacuzzi is broken and cannot make bubbles, however, it still has hot water and it still felt amazing). Were able to go the Arundel Mills Mall within 10 min drive and spend majority of the time there shopping around (prepare yourself for a a lot of walking).

Really great experience with all the staff. They went above and beyond. Pool was nice but hot tub wasn’t working, that was one of the reasons I picked this hotel because of indoor pool and hot tub.
