The staff was great shout out Lorena from the entertainment team made my daughter’s birthday extra special by announcing her birthday at the night show and was personally attentive to us! Also, shout out to Katy from the entertainment team came up to us pool side and made bracelets for my daughters. Had an overall great experience! "
