「Very interesting concept for a B&B, there is no contact with the owner yet everything is extremely well communicated and provided for your use and comfort. The owner does live on site and just a text away. It was quaint, clean, comfortable and quiet all you need for a little get away.」

「Excellent location.. very close to town, nice clean property, nice outdoor gazebo Rooms are dated, no coffee, good price!」

「Blinds broke when I closed curtains. Curtains do not provide privacy from parking lot. Bedside lamp switch did not work. Toilet dripped constantly. Heater/AC sounds like 747 revving up. Bed comfortable enough. Free hot drinks and cookies. Adequate for single night stay, but overpriced for what you get. More like Hotel 8 in style. Outdated facility on its last legs. Staff friendly enough, but no one was around at checkout.」

「The check in was easy, seamless, front desk staff was very friendly. Room was clean, basic, sheets were clean, room was cool and had to ask for extra blanket. No window as window AC installed. The only downfall was the lack of towels provided. Solid 2.5 star hotel. Would stay again for location and price.」

「The perfect small town home away from home, and so many wonderful places to check out nearby. The place was thoughtfully decorated, the bed was comfortable, the two nights sleep were incredibly peaceful. Both breakfasts, eggs Benny sandwich on croissant and French toast, were homemade and super fresh. They tasted gourmet and so perfectly seasoned. Kimmie and James were perfect hosts. We almost didn't want to check out our final morning. Can't wait for our next stay.」

「No muss; no fuss. Clean motel rooms on a tidy property with a pretty little pool. The owner and staff were positively wonderful – helpful, kind, friendly. I will definitely go back!」

「The hotel was adequate for one night. And I see they have updated some things like the decor and bathroom. However the musty smell is very off putting and did not make for a pleasant stay. Check in was quick and easy and the staff was pleasant.」

「Pool was amazing. Would be nice if doors or windows opened on a nice day , in pool area. Loved the free coffee/tea station in lobby. Alwsys was fully stocked.」

「Older hotel, we had room # 2, was clean inside, easy check in and out, pet fee was $15 a night which was good price. Love that they allow pets. Our dog chewed the bedding in the middle of the night, told the lady about it on check out and she charged us $20 for the damage the dog did and was nice about it. Overall, i was happy with my stay for Friday and Saturday night. I would stay again. Thank You 」

「Suite spacious. Functionally well designed. Staff congenial and most helpful. Convenient parking and access to many superb local restaurants, cafes, bars, bistros, within walking distance. Less than one block from river edge sidewalk path along which pleasant walk to Stratford’s two main theatre complexes. We’ll be recommending highly to family and friends. Hopefully having opportunity to return ourselves.」

「Great place to stay and great food,the staff is awesome and helpful. The only one thing is when booking a room it states breakfast is included which is of course a seller but it was not and only offered a free mimosa, very misleading. I would recommend this place to my family and friends.」
