"Nothing like checking in with an advanced 4 day reservation booked via Expedia only to be coldly told not our problem bc you booked via 3rd party site that they don’t have a room for you. Then listen to the staff complain about Expedia and realize they didn’t mark rooms as clean that were, artificially reducing inventory. We did eventually get a room after being pressured to take a room that wasn’t designed for our occupancy. Seems like a an easy fix or control to email or call customers in...
