The front desk staff were unfriendly and rude, while the housekeepers were kind and welcoming. The bathrooms and rooms needed significant updates. However, the hotel is located in a great area with plenty of food and shopping options.

Front desk treat you like a criminal, fights broke out late at night in front of other people’s door. Ask for city view and got parking lot view. Breakfast was horrible. Food wasn’t even cooked.

The room was large with separated bed/living room, clean and bed/pillows comfy.😊 The American breakfast was ok. The charge for pet was increased to $100 however Expedia had that charge for pet was $75 🙁

I did not get the city view. I was place in the back. It like 1960 civil rights times. Ifni wanted to sit in lounge area i was not able because of the tables on top of tables, the clock was set wrong to summer time.i woll not book again
