Pros - - spacious room - plenty free parking spot - tea & coffee options in the room - comfortable clean bed - loads of storage - iron and ironing board - huge bed - loads of storage area Cons - The room was failing and in desperate need of renovation or even a lick of fresh paint. 「It is on the motorway to London from Dover or channel tunnel. Very convinient as there is 24 hours cafe and shop next door. We were on the way to Legoland with 2 kids, and we found it very clean and comfortable. The service was also nice and family friendly. We will be happy to use the place again. Price is so reasonable!」

「No hot water in the morning, bathroom sink to small for taps ended up soaked on 2 occasions. Security chain taken off door. TV very small however staff were very professional and extremely helpful nothing was to much. I think hotel very tired needs updating and security on doors.」

「写真の部屋よりかなり劣ります。バスルームはバスタブ付きで広かったことは良かった。部屋も広かったことは良かった。不便だったことはベットメイキングは朝に頼まないと来ないこと、ドライヤーがない、コンセントがデスクにしかないことです。しかし、チャタム駅から近くショッピングエリアも近いのでまた滞在するときは選ぶかもしれません。」
