5/5 - Excellent
The area is a bit congested and dated, but the beach is beautiful and the amenities are all right there! Much was closed due to the pandemic, but we'll go back to see more.

While Island Quay might not have many sights to explore, venturing just a little farther will lead you to top things to see and do like Triple S Marina and Anchorage Marina.

Clean room. Staff was awesome. We will return and tell our friends.

October is a great time to go! Tourists are gone, locals are nice, and it's easy to get around town. Peaceful getaway. Will be going back.
Not the huge mass of people we have encountered at the Outer Banks.....fabulous! Very low key.
Would not stay here again
Enjoy the beach and finding great shells
