"The room was nice and cold when we got in (unheard of for a lot of places honestly), and the beds were incredibly comfortable- it was like waking my husband and son from the dead the next day. The curtain didn’t fully cover all the light from the window, but when we went to sleep the world around us disappeared The bedding was stained, there was a lot of varied damage in the room (I’ve tried to be accountable for existing conditions at different places before) I called and left voicemails 3 times over time after check in for assistance (traveling with a child changes your tolerance level), never got a response But breakfast and checkout service (different person), were amazing If it was husband and I on a one night 5 star rating- anything else 4 star but mostly because the ac and mattress are heaven adjacent"

"This was a very good place to stay...we had a 2BR/2BA on the third floor which was great to be high where the breeze was cooler than below! Nice to have table outside if you wanted to sit out. Three TVs so accommodated us all nicely. Nice towels, soaps & lotions. An easy walk to the beach with access to outdoor showers. Multiple pools. A few minor things I'd wish were different: the elevator access and elevators were stifling hot. Small wall Acs are ancient and while on 24/7 did nothing to cool the space. Master bath had the light and vent on one switch and this can be disturbing at night or other times. NO bar in the shower! Ice took a long time to make and I'd advise someone turn it on BEFORE a check-in. VERY challenging coffeemaker! You are expected to clean-up before leaving including taking the trash out. And finally, we left behind some books and while there was a great app ("I Left My Stuff") to manage the return, the staff communications were muddled and contradictory."

"While the pictures provided were awesome, in person, Beverly's quaint bungalow was spectacular! Barry and I stayed 5 nights! We were so relaxed and comfortable, we could've stayed 5 more nights. The beachfront was very close. The patio and rockers were quaint! There is a zen garden..and a gas grill! Beverly provided the best cotton bath towels, hand towels, and wash clothes! The bed linens are a high thread count, and very crisp and comfortable. Everything we could ever need, and then some, was provided. The decor was immaculate! We felt so welcome and appreciated! Stay here! You will not believe it! Amazing!So very close to everything! "

"Carrie was an amazing host and helped us when the sheets and towels were not there when we arrived. within the hour we messaged her she had the issue resolved and had let us borrow the personal towels until the linen service could drop off the towels and sheets. Everything was perfect otherwise. An amazing stay!"

"The hosts are very responsive. We requested 2 high chairs and port-a-cribs and the request was promptly acknowledged and the items were present. On day two, we asked via app whether there were baby gates to block of the stairs. Rather than telling us to look here or there, they had two brand-new gates delivered within a few hours of our asking. - Prompt and excellent service."
On the Sound 6BR 4.5BA home! Great for large families, 2 living spaces. Hot tub!

"We had an amazing time in this wonderful house! Our entire family had room to spread out and relax. It was clean and the hosts supplied everything we could need. The kitchen was so nice to cook in and there were even spices there so we didn't have to buy any. We could have just packed our clothes with no other supplies for the beach and been fine. We had 10 people with 4 of them children and they could play on the 4th floor without the noise level becoming unbearable. We enjoyed the boardwalk and the island and the kids were able to catch some fish and some crabs. We ate dinner on the huge deck dining table. It was great! We so appreciate this home and the hosts that shared it!"

"This was the perfect house for our family vacation. Grandkids didn't want to leave! The pool was a big plus. After spending hours on the beach we returned to the house and the pool. 10 of us were very comfortable in this house."
