「We really enjoyed our time here. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. It was also very convenient to have 3 bathrooms. The location was very convenient, close to so much and steps from the beach. The only things I would recommend is to replace the stained rug and add some lamps in the living room. It was so dark since there is no lighting at all. It would also be helpful to have a binder with all of the info needed like where to access the beach, the code to the beach...

「We loved the property. Except for the tiki umbrella missing from the table in the swimming pool, we'd have never known there was a recent hurricane. Backyard landscaping and pool are beautiful. Beds were comfy, house was very clean, plenty of towels for showers as well as pool. TV with all the channels. Main area (kitchen, dining area, living room) was very spacious and open. 「This was the perfect beach house! They have thought of everything you need for a good beach trip. They have chairs and umbrellas and even pool toys, a beach wagon and towels, very short walk to the beach. I love this side of the island, it’s less of a party crowd and more residential. Felt very safe there, the pool was wonderful!!! Very clean and comfortable beds. Short drive to pine ave and steps away from the free trolly stops. Highly recommend and we will come back! 」

Perfectly located to everything on Anna Marie Island and walking distance to your own slice of heaven beach. Also had our own beautiful pool to relax around. 「We had an amazing time! Perfect place, and so close to the beach and a stone's throw from the free AMI Trolly. Chairs, wagon, and umbrellas were very nice to have provided. Next time we'll leave ours at home. Lol. Loved the outdoor shower for rinsing off all the salt and sand! Beautiful private patio. The place was clean, roomy, and felt like home. 「Beautiful condo. Very clean. Pool was also very clean. View of bay was gorgeous and very close to an excellent restaurant, The Waterfront, which is a must try. Close to lots of shops, general store, ice cream, etc. We also rented a golf cart so never had to drive. Not even to the Publix. Definitely will be back. Hopeful the washer and dryers will be connected by then. That would be the only thing we would have added. Other than that excellent vacation!! 」

「We loved our visit and were very impressed by the villa. The backyard area was private and not busy, so it felt like our own space. The home was clean upon arrival, and we were very impressed by how cold the bedroom was at night. We would love to stay again the next time we visit Anna Maria Island!」

「The place itself was very clean and had everything needed. The star of the show is the outdoor area which is where we wanted to hang out as it is very tranquil and the pool was very nice.」

「Location was perfect. Just å short stroll to the beach and cozy restaurants/cafes. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed and was spacious for 7 people. The house can easily fit 11-12 people.We met the owner also, and he was helpful and polite. We highly recommend this place if you want a perfect stay on AMI!」
