「The property is in very good condition and was very clean and well maintained. Overall, we had a good experience. However, I think the listing should provide more details about how the property is divided and arranged before booking. It would be helpful to clearly specify the layout of the bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas so guests know exactly what to expect when making their reservation.」

「This is a very nice place to stay right down from Captain Kirk’s, with a small walk to the beautiful beach on Siesta Key. It has everything you need to cook, wash and dry your clothes, and even grill on your private fenced patio right out your front door. 2 br, living room with two couches, and great places to eat all around you within a couple minutes walk. I will definitely be staying here again. Very clean and well kept. Thanks John, we had a great time.」

「Development was very nice. Friendly community & well kept pool & club house. Convenient to restaurants, shopping & beaches. Villa needed work. When we arrived bathtub was clogged & 2 sink faucets needed to be replaced. Owner responded quickly to that problem. Oven was not clean. The tv’s didn’t work because remotes needed batteries & one needed relplacement. One remote was so sticky we needed to use a paper towel to hold it. We wanted to enjoy our stay without complaining to the host. Renters...

「Absolutely fabulous!! Great location, extremely responsive and friendly hosts, and beautiful home. It was so convenient to have laundry detergent and dish soap readily available as well as plenty of garbage bags. The rooftop was beautiful and the walk to beach can't be beat. 」
