「Location was great room dirty and definitely wasn’t vacuumed im assuming due to the underwear I found in the ground or the but the location is second from the beach so it’s just a place to lay your head rather questionable at night in the property as swell」

「The location is nice and staff is as helpful as they can be considering they were severely understaffed (one person cleaning rooms). The front desk lady had to clean our room. Bugs are an issue. The room wasnt cleaned well before we arrived (there was sand on the floor and in the bed). It wasnt a good experience at all. We wont be coming back, needless to say.」

「I passed by the Local the last time we visited St. Augustine and thought it looked so cute, I knew I wanted to stay there next time we were in town. Also, the location to shops & restaurants around St. Augustine is perfect! Our room was clean and had everything we needed, the pool area was cute and kept up nicely (& being 8 months pregnant I really appreciated the large flamingo float), and we even stopped into the lobby to have a complimentary latte. We will be staying again!」

「Staff was super helpful and very very kind! We kept our boat at the marina as well. Easy to navigate, can't wait to stay again!!」

「The room was clean and very simple. However, the water pressure in the shower was terrible. At one point, water was barely coming out of the shower head. A couple of the towels were stained. Overall, though, it was a decent deal for a last minute holiday trip.」
