The owners are very accommodating. Nice, simple hotel. Our room was very large. King size bed is quite comfortable. Our room had vinyl wood floors which I prefer instead of carpeting. Great location across the street from the beach.

For a mature, exterior corridor motel, it wasn't too bad. The rooms had tiled floors and seemed to be recently remodeled. Non smoking was a plus, except ash cans in front of every other room meant smokers were in the walkways talking. The pool seemed nice but we didn't use it. The staff we met was cool, meaning not warm.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ocean Breeze Inn. We were right across from the beach and there were many places to eat, drink, and enjoy the view within walking distance. We stayed in a newly remodeled room. It was clean and spacious. The staff was extremely friendly. There was ample free parking and a brand new ice machine. This is not the hotel from past negative reviews. New ownership, new experience - try it, you won't be sorry.

Toilet was clogged. I had to reach in the toilet tank to make water fill up. The bedding was clean. Spiderwebs in the corners on the ceilings and up above shower.

We stay here every time we visit St. Augustine. The rooms are always clean, and the staff has always been very courteous. There is a small coffee pot for coffee in the morning, a microwave and small frig. There are several restaurants within walking distance for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The fishing pier and the beach is across the street and is easily accessible.
