"I stayed at this hotel for the Norikura HC event. The hotel prepared a very early breakfast for the visitors. It was very nice. But there was one thing that was disappointing. It was parking problem. When I checked-in, it was already full, so staff let me know 2nd/3rd parkings. But map was so complicated, that's why I tired to look for them. If the problem is releafed, I'd like to stay (at 2025 Norikura HC?) again."

"レストランは研修中？の女性が、動き、声かけ、気付きが抜群に良かった。男性陣がもっと全体に目を向けないと研修中の女性の動きがよいだけに負荷がかかりすぎてると思う。ドリンクオーダーもテーブルにベルもないしわざわざ注文を伝えにレジまで行く有様。 夜のコンサート企画は素晴らしい演奏で聴き応えがありました。"
