A modern fairly new hotel which was very clean, safe and a 10 min walk from station. Literally 10 min walk to Matsumoto Castle. We had a view of it from our room. Rooms in the small side (comm in Japan) but fine for us. Beds were very comfortable too. A great value as well. We would stay here again.

2人で宿泊、お部屋を選べない安いプランにしてしまったからか部屋は1階、エコノミーダブルのベット、狭く圧迫感のある部屋、ユニットバスなのはしょうがないが、便器も小さく傾斜があり座りづらい、部屋のお風呂は黒ずんでいて入る気にならなかった。カーテンレールは埃だらけで清掃が行き届いてないと感じた。 窓から松本城が見えるの口コミで期待していたが、一階なので窓の外の景色は絶望的、もちろん松本城も全く見えずここのホテルを選んだメリットが無くなってしまった。距離的には松本城からは近くお散歩がてらふらっと夜の幻想的な松本城も見に行くことができた。 ホームページに記載されていた朝食の焼き立てパンに期待していたが種類は3つしかなく、トースターで焼かないと冷たく、焼き立てパン？と疑問に思った、焼いたパンはサクッと美味しかったが期待し過ぎてしまったと感じた。 部屋着は色も関係しているのか、全体的に古めかしく穴が空いている物も普通に並べられていた。大浴場は動線が悪く鏡の後ろが脱衣所、着替えてる様子が鏡越しに丸見えはどうかと思う。バスタオルを持って鏡越しに見えない所に移動して着替えをする人が多くいた。 フロントの方は感じ良く親切だった。評価も良かっただけにこのホテルを選んだが私はリピートはしないホテル。 今まで安いプランでいろんなホテルに泊まっているが、総評で不満に思う部屋にあたった事はなかった。あの部屋は観光客が泊まる部屋ではないと感じた。遠くから旅行に行く際は格安プランにするにしてもせめて部屋を選べる方が断然良いと思った。
