The Celecton staff was very helpful and even kept our suitcases after check-out so we could go see Matsumoto castle. The room was very nice, it even has several black and white scenic photographs hanging on the wall. It also has a great public bath. Very close to the Kitamatsumoto train station and to Matsumoto Castle. Matsumoto strain station is also nearby just a few minutes farther than Kitamatsumoto.

The hotel is still quite new and the location is convenient if your propose is to visit Matsumoto Castle. Staff and service is OK. However, the room is quite to small for 2 people. We also cannot open our luggages in the room at the same time. We can feel a bit dusty in the room as well. Also, these is very rare places to eat nearby the hotel, even the convenient store is also not close. We booked for twin-bedded room. However, the hotel couldn't give it to us.
