Our experience with this hotel was overall good! Staff was kind and friendly, facilities were a little dated and the lighting inside the room needs updating, pure white light is not the most pleasant, however the traditional Japanese bedroom experience was very cool! Breakfast was also awesome! That alone made this experience super cool!

the included Dinner and breakfast were excellent with so many courses and nicely prepared. Very impressive presentation. The onsen, sauna and cold bath was very relaxing. The tatami room was very spacious. In general, a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. A bit far, so shuttle was necessary for us without a car. Nothing nearby in walking distance.

Advertised laundry does not exist. Carpets need replacing. Great desk staff helped us get a fried egg in lieu of more raw fish for breakfast. Restaurant ratings would go way up if real coffee was available.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The dinner and breakfast were delicious.We specially liked the cosy lounge area where we could have a cup of coffee. Foreign tourists like coffee and like to relax in a big and comfortable chair! The lady manager was cheerful and very helpful. We will recommend this hotel to our friends.

Für den hohen Preis insgesamt enttäuschend und nicht empfehlenswert. Wir haben zwei Nächte im Morino Hotel in Kiso verbracht (traditionelle Unterkunft, zwei Erwachsene, Mitte 20) und waren insgesamt eher enttäuscht – besonders angesichts des hohen Preises von rund 91.000¥. Positiv war vor allem das freundliche Personal und der praktische hoteleigene Shuttlebus zum nächstgrößeren Ort mit Bahnhof. Die Lage inmitten einer ruhigen Waldregion ist sehr schön, und es gibt einen hauseigenen Onsen, der grundsätzlich eine nette Einrichtung wäre. Leider war die Sauberkeit im Hotel deutlich verbesserungswürdig. Flure und Zimmerwände wirkten verdreckt, im Badezimmer gab es beschädigte und gammelige Fliesen, was sich auch im öffentlichen Onsen fortsetzte. Trotz täglichem Tausch der Männer- und Frauenbereiche im Onsen fanden sich im ursprünglichen Frauenbereich am zweiten Tag noch viele Haare auf dem Boden und an den Waschbecken, was insgesamt einen unhygienischen Eindruck hinterließ. Auch einige Insekten und Ungeziefer in den Fluren störten, und unsere Toilette war verstopft und ist übergelaufen. Das Hotel wirkt insgesamt sehr alt und abgewohnt – der alte Fahrstuhl fährt ruckelig und vermittelt wenig Vertrauen. Das Abendessen und Frühstück waren geschmacklich gut, aber eher traditionell japanisch und damit möglicherweise ungewohnt für westliche Gäste. Insgesamt fanden wir das Hotel für den gebotenen Standard zu teuer. Trotz nettem Personal und schöner Umgebung können wir es daher leide

過去1番のホテルです。 お風呂にはリンゴが沢山うかべてくれていて素敵でした。 アメニティは必要な物をセルフで受け取れて良かったです。 夕飯のスキヤキはとても美味しく、赤出汁の味噌汁は絶品で息子は５回ほどおかわりしていましたがスタッフさんが優しく応じてくれました。 1月2日に利用させて貰ったら正月ということで地酒4種をセルフで飲めるシステムで少々飲み過ぎてしまいました。 朝食もｼｬﾌﾞｼｬﾌﾞの1人鍋が付いたりと最高のコスパを感じます。 夕飯、朝食共に量が丁度良く、何から何まで家族全員が大満足でした。 来年のお正月もお世話になる予定ですので、 宜しくお願いします。

古いホテルですが、接客が穏やかで嫌な気分はしません︎^_^ ・温泉ではなく、普通のお風呂 ・お風呂の洗面所にスキンケアなし ・浴室内にシャンプーリンスボディソープ洗顔あり ・お風呂の清掃は夜から朝まで1度もされない (夜の脱ぎっぱなしの浴衣がそのまま 髪の毛も大量に落ちてる) ・部屋のエアコンがうるさい ・朝食は夜より豪華 泊まられる方は是非近くの「キビオ峠」へ出向いてください。 御嶽山の眺望が素晴らしいです！
