"It was hard to appreciate the full experience as the staff did not have an English translation for key protocol or amenities (I realise it is noted when booking that staff don’t speak English )
But to move forward and guests to experience the full Onsen experience this would be an enhancement
The room was spacious but suffered from condensation and could do with some more up to date Electrical points

"The hotel is well located at lake front, although our room was on the lower floor and the view was a bit blocked by the fence outside the windows. The staff were extremely helpful and the one served us could speak English. The food was good.The private bath (fee required) inside the public bath has half glass walls so not so private except exclusive use of the facility .Given the price we paid included a free tour of the shrines, we considered it's value for money."

"I don’t believe this accommodation justify the cost if you will stay at this property without dinner and breakfast. I was able to reduce the expense for a night to c. $55 by using Expedia credits equal to $30, but if I didn’t have it, I would recommend to stay another one.

Nothing would be provided to kids, such as amenities, welcoming tea and snacks, basically.
The only nicer point was hot spring with good scene"
