"The property is a treasure. It was a challenge to find in the dark; Google Maps located the cabin well, but the directions were misleading for finding the driveway. A call to the cabin owner's phone helped us with the directions. We had a couple of ambulatory-challenged individuals in our party who had to use the back entrance, as it had the fewest number of steps to climb. The outside steps did not have railings. Inside was clean and inviting. Accommodations were comfortable as well. "

4/10 Poor

"Key lock didn't work and we waited hours for maintenance to come change the battery. We finally told them to forget changing the battery during our stay since it was after 9pm. There were quite a few teens and older ppl hanging out in back of motel drinking and smoking. They looked like trouble and I didn't feel comfortable leaving my car. Luckily nothing happened to it."

"The place looks pretty regular but then I walked in the room and it was very nice! It was studio apartment style with a jacuzzi in the room. It was amazing just like a hot tub. Bed was kinda bouncy though ago it was kinda meh. But other than that, it was lovely and we had a small breakfast in the morning. The innkeeper did her best all on her own and was really nice as well. Overall great for the price and peaceful even being next to a road."

"We'll start with the pool, the main reason we choose this hotel. The pool was not available due to a blown water heater. Then all the electric car charges were not available due to running in the same line as the blown water heater. We got back from dinner the ceiling in the bathroom of our hotel room was cracked and falling in so this prompted us to get 2nd room. We walked into the 2nd room and the sheets were all over the room and trash can was upside-down on top of the desk and the bathroom was a mess. Clearly not cleaned. We immediately went back and after waiting for some time we got a 3rd room. They had no other rooms available on the 1st floor so we had to go to the 2nd floor for the 3rd room which was fine because theres and elevator right.... not so much the elevator broke down over night and we were told just use the stairs. Which is soo easy with two small kids and a stroller. The continental breakfast wasnt big enough for all the guest saying at the hotel. We came to eat and no egg/ bagels/ bread or muffins were left and weren't being restocked. To top it off the maintenance man was walking around with a bucket of tools in one hand and a blunt in the other. Not even trying to hide it. For a smoke free hotel the whole place reeked."

"The hotel was under maintenance, which wasn't the problem, but it didn't say that on Expedia site, because of that I don't think the price of the hotel was worth it. The bathroom door in our room wouldn't close at all, it kept getting stuck on the floor. Hopefully when it's all redone it will be better and worthy of the price."
