Beautifully restored mid 19th century mansion with an eye to comfort right next to Letchworth State Park and walking distance to shops and restaurants. It was just right for me and friends to relax and connect. It has history too as a stop on the Underground Railroad. Glenda and Caroline were very friendly and helpful, and Glenda makes wonderful breakfasts with veggies from her garden.

The house is beautiful and well maintained. Glenda is very nice and made us feel welcome right away. The breakfast was delicious and was adjusted to our dietary needs. There was excellent coffee and tea. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed with quality linens and toiletries. Our only two comments for improvement is that the shower curtain liner needed to be cleaner and that the fireplace used sterno cans instead of gas.

Enjoyed our stay at Allegiance. Nice decor and friendly staff. The breakfast was tasty. Our only complaint was that our room (The Livingston) did not have a shower. It only has a tub which was admittedly a surprise. I would stay again, but in another room to have a shower. Close to Letchworth State Park. Be aware, no check-ins prior to 4pm.

Allegiance is a beautiful bed and breakfast, very clean and historic. We were disappointed that Glenda wasn't as warm and welcoming as we had read in previous reviews. No history about the building ( the breakfast server filled us in when we asked ) or the fact that there was a stool available to get onto the high bed, which the server told us about after she asked which room we were in. The server never gave her name, but she was VERY friendly. Breakfast was Delicious!
