「The cottage was pretty easy to find and nice to stay in but we like a little more privacy. Thanks!」

「House is very cute and decorated with bluebirds throughout. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. View of lake from front window is lovely although there is no access to the lake. The house is not located on the lake front; only a view of lake through neighbors yard. This surprised me as I thought house was on the lake. We drove around the lake to find the access to the water. Walking through neighbors yard to stand at waters edge is not an option and to be respected. Very cozy and clean....

「Loved the location in a beautiful rural area not far from town, which was very peaceful and quiet. Enjoyed the new deck, lovely nature setting, and lighted pathway with flickering lantern lights in the evening. Host was responsive to any of our questions. Could only stay a day, but could easily have stayed longer.」

「What a great cabin to stay in. The cabin was clean, spacious and perfect location. I didn’t roam around the grounds much just due to the nature of my stay but what I saw were well kept and maintained. I wish I would have been able to walk the trails but just didn’t have the time. The view from the deck over looking the fields and pond was amazing. With the use of the provided binoculars you could see for miles. I will definitely stay again if I’m ever in the area.」

「Loved the view at the house on Demmon Lake. Cozy and cute!」

「I traveled with my dog and was with her 100% of the time. The owner claimed my dog damaged his property -yet didn't even state what damage was supposedly done. Clearly, he was just trying to milk me for more money. I highly recommend staying away from this property. Frankly, the amount charged was way too much to begin with. Stay here at your own risk.」

「The property had a lake view and the inside was dated but clean. As we parked next to the house, the garage on the left (which belongs to someone else) had broken windows with junk inside the garage. Not a big deal but not a good first impression. The bathroom is very small and is directly off the kitchen. Kitchen and living room are adequate. Although there is an AC window unit in the window and if you sit in front of it, it is difficult to hear the tv. There is a train track by the house and...

「Answered any of our questions quickly.」

「Very nice property, host was very helpful and easy to contact. We enjoyed our stay!」

「Great place with a great lakefront! Worked out perfectly.」

「Very clean, comfortable beds, and furniture. We loved the surroundings. Beautiful home and very tastefully decorated. Host was most gracious. Family enjoyed are one night stay on out way to niagara Falls.」

「We enjoyed our stay at the cottage while in town to celebrate a family member’s birthday. Emily is an excellent host and the place was very clean, comfortable, well equipped, and you can’t beat its location on the river.」

「The place was very nice! Many nice touches and we didn’t need anything. Just a heads up that the space at the lake is down over a steep hill, so be prepared to drive down if taking many things to enjoy around the fire pit. Front porch was a great place to sit in the mornings and the neighborhood was clean and quiet. Kitchen was well stocked and loved the decorative touches 」
