「2nd time to use this hotel in this month beacause i loved it in the first time thanks to the hospitality/support by the reception staff (blonde hair young gentleman). This time, i brought my co-worker with me and he liked it too. As long as the same reception staff is there, my co-workers and i will use this hotel in the future too.」

「We were not able to stream the apps on the tv because we couldn't connect to the internet. The staff tried to walk us through it with no success. The toilets are a little too short for me and I'm only 5'7". The tv can't be adjusted to face the bed. Curtains were tore and had water stains from water leaking on them at some point.」

「Loved everything about this hotel from the friendly staff to the amenities to the exceptional cleanliness. By far my favorite thing about this hotel was the decor located throughout the entire hotel including the rooms, every time I turned around I noticed little details that can easily be missed if you’re not observant. The location was perfect, everything was either a short 5-10min uber ride or if you felt up to a nice walk you had that option as well. I absolutely would stay here again if I...

「My stay at Sandman Hotel in Dallas was truly wonderful. For travelers, great service, genuine hospitality, and cleanliness are what matter most—and this hotel delivered all three. During our two-night stay for the World Cup, my family and I faced language barriers and even a credit card issue, but the staff helped us with incredible patience and kindness. The room was spotless, and even the housekeeping staff greeted us with smiles every day. This was my first visit to Texas, and thanks to...
