Hotel is located in a slow pace and quiet area. Things shut down pretty early but the hotel is very pretty inside. Rooms are updated and clean, staff was very nice and accommodating.

2nd visit for us. Hotel was completely packed with people, not much walking room at all. Not a fan of the 21% service charge attached to already overinflated pricing. Our room this time was not at all worth the charge. Also charged for every single thing you can imagine, even for WiFi. Our first visit was a much more enjoyable stay. Long lines for restaurants and attractions, entirely too many people packed in the place. We will never visit during the holiday season again, and honestly probably wouldn’t stay there again - it’s just not worth the ridiculous rates they charge. period.
